What you'll be doing:

As Operations Officer you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Airport base which includes liaising with aircraft operators, travel organizers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, passengers and relevant authorities to co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our clients’ aircraft at the airport.

You will be the face of the business providing world class service to our customers, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility whilst safely delivering ground services to our customers’ aircraft. Duties will include ensuring that all customer bookings, queries, departures and arrivals are handled in a professional and timely manner.

About You:

+ Previous experience with aviation, travel, luxury retail or hospitality would be advantageous (preferred but not essential)

+ Ability to work efficiently under pressure

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Understanding of VIP customer expectations and proven anticipation of needs

+ Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern

+ Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided both in the office and outdoors on the ‘ramp’ with aircraft

+ Excellent interpersonal skills

+ Basic IT skills (word, excel and outlook/email)

+ Qualifies to hold a full airport ID

+ Have a full UK driving licence

+ Additional languages would be an advantage
