Your new role:

As the first point of contact, you’ll greet guests and crews with a warm, friendly welcome and provide an exceptional level of customer care. Your role will involve offering concierge services such as booking hotel accommodations, arranging transportation or rental cars, coordinating catering, and managing customs appointments. You'll also assist with guest inquiries, special requests, billing matters, and general information about our services and local area.

We expect our team members to uphold the highest standards of safety and security. You’ll be trained to fully understand and comply with all safety procedures, airport authority regulations, and our internal health, safety, and environmental policies. In the event of any incidents, including near-misses or spills, you will be expected to report them promptly and assist in any investigations.

About you:

  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass company background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge, and be insurable by the Company's applicable insurance policies.
  • Must be able to exercise good judgment and follow directions/directives from supervisor/management.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure in a customer-facing, operational environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and service to guests. 
  • IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Additional languages are desirable
  • Must possess a valid and clean UK driving licence. Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles is also essential.
