We have a fantastic opportunity for a Line Service Technician / Ramp Agent to join our safety orientated Airside team at our flagship location in Luton.

Your new role:

You will work as part of our Airside Operations team ensuring all services are provided to our customers in a safe and professional manner. You will be responsible for the marshalling, push back and towing of arriving and departing aircraft in accordance with Company and airport safety procedures as well as providing toilet and water services and the loading and off-loading of customer and crew luggage.

You will also operate ground service equipment including aircraft steps, ground power units hot air blowers, de-icing rigs, hangar cleaning machines, snow brush and plough, and all other machinery that you’re trained to operate (full training of course provided)!

About you:

Safety will be your number one priority in every task you complete!

You will be self-motivated with strong time management skills, an ability to work accurately under pressure and a calm approach to problem solving, last minute changes and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Ideally you will have experience working within an Airside team and have experience of towing aircraft however this is not essential as full training will be given.

You will have excellent personal presentation and a full and clean driving licence, to ensure you can drive our airside vehicles! Additional languages would also be an advantage.
